Delete your Raeluv account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Raeluv account and associated data. Raeluv is the dating app from raeluv.com.
How to request account deletion
- Email info@raeluv.com from the same email address used for your Raeluv account.
- Use the subject line “Delete Raeluv account”.
- Include: your account email, and (optional) the name shown on your profile.
- We will confirm the request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days (often sooner), except where limited data must be kept for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we remove or de-identify:
- Your account login and profile (name, bio, prompts, photos)
- Preferences and privacy settings
- Likes, passes, matches, and blocked-user lists tied to you
- Chat messages associated with your account (where stored by us)
- Push notification tokens for your devices
- Location / city fields stored on your profile
What we may keep (and for how long)
- Legal / safety records — limited logs related to abuse, fraud, or legal requests may be retained for up to 12 months, or longer if required by law.
- Backups — encrypted backups may take a short additional period (typically up to 90 days) to fully clear after deletion.
- Aggregated analytics — anonymized statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may remain.
Deleting your account is permanent. You will need to create a new account if you want to use Raeluv again.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can remove or update much of your data while keeping your account:
- Edit or remove profile photos in Edit Profile
- Update or clear bio, prompts, and preferences
- Adjust privacy settings (profile visibility, distance, etc.)
- Block users you no longer want contact with
