Child Safety Standards
Raeluv is an 18+ dating app. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page is our published standard for Google Play and the public.

1. Our commitment
Raeluv does not allow any content, accounts, or activity that sexualizes minors, depicts child sexual abuse, grooms or solicits minors, or otherwise exploits children. We remove violating material, disable accounts, and report to the relevant authorities when required by law.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then report to us and to the national hotline in your country.
2. Age requirement
Raeluv is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the app. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we remove it and take additional action as required.
3. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Raeluv:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, video, audio, or text that sexualizes anyone under 18
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to contact minors
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE content
- Accounts that misrepresent age in order to involve a minor
4. How to report in the app
Anyone with a Raeluv account can report child safety concerns in-app:
- On a profile: open the menu (···) and choose Report, then Child safety / CSAM
- In a chat: open the conversation menu and choose Report, then Child safety / CSAM
- From Support: go to Settings → Support and tap Report a concern
You can also email our designated child safety contact at info@raeluv.com with the subject “Child safety”.
5. How we handle reports
When we receive a child safety report we:
- Prioritize review over other report types
- Preserve relevant records as required for an investigation
- Remove violating content and disable accounts
- Report to NCMEC CyberTipline and/or other regional or national authorities when the law requires it
We do not return CSAM to the reporter or circulate it. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
